Su constituci\u00f3n, gesti\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, incidencias t\u00e9cnicas, inspecciones, ahorro energ\u00e9tico, control de la morosidad judicial y extrajudicial.<\/p>\n<p><strong>APROP GESTIONS i SERVEIS tiene dos l\u00edneas profesionales:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gesti\u00f3n de comunidades de propietarios: En los que sus principios b\u00e1sicos son la proximidad con la comunidad y la transparencia en la gesti\u00f3n. Uno de los objetivos es apoderar a la comunidad en la toma de decisiones, con su seguimiento y asesoramiento. La comunidad tiene siempre la \u00faltima palabra y el poder de decisi\u00f3n final.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Prevenci\u00f3n y mediaci\u00f3n en la resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos y la acci\u00f3n comunitaria. Estamos adheridos a la Asociaci\u00f3n de profesionales de la mediaci\u00f3n y resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos de Catalu\u00f1a y damos servicio a varios ayuntamientos de la provincia. Su equipo est\u00e1 formado por profesionales del abanico de actividades de: administraci\u00f3n de comunidades, gesti\u00f3n, seguros, resoluci\u00f3n de conflictos, promoci\u00f3n de la participaci\u00f3n y dinamizaci\u00f3n de procesos socioculturales, mediaci\u00f3n comunitaria y formaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>APROP GESTIONS i SERVEIS,<\/strong> esta ofreciendo un sistema alternativo telem\u00e1tico, beneficiando a las comunidades para que todos los Servicios funcionen correctamente. Reuniones de forma telem\u00e1tica, informar a los vecinos y propietarios de todas las novedades que se producen, ofrecer espacios de asesoramiento y Apoyo a distancia, ofrecer mejores niveles de seguridad. Entre otras cuestiones, que puedan resultar de inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>En nuestras oficinas, las comunidades disponen de un Espacio para reunirse y celebrar asambleas, y donde promover reuniones, conferencias, presentaciones, siempre en torno a la convivencia, la gesti\u00f3n de los espacios comunes y la prevenci\u00f3n y el tratamiento de conflictos.
